To our valued customers and community,

The health and safety of our clients and staff members is of the utmost importance to us. As the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to raise concerns, we are taking precautions and closely following the advice provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada. Listed below is how LOLA is helping the community stay healthy and continuing to provide exceptional service:

1. Any guest or staff exhibiting symptoms similar to that of COVID-19 will be asked to not enter the venue.

2. Booking cancellations due to health concerns will be waived of Lola’s cancellation fee/24-hour cancellation policy.

3. Mandatory pre-shift and ongoing hand wash procedures throughout the day.

Best Practices:

1. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth as much as possible.

2. Cover your mouth and nose when sneezing or coughing

3. Wash your hands (for at least 20 seconds) when arriving in salon.

4. Stay home if you are not feeling well and contact your health care professional.

5. Book appointments after the two-week self-quarantine if you have just travelled into the country.

6. Use the provided disinfecting wipes whenever suitable.

We remind our clients that should you be feeling any symptoms that could be related to the COVID-19 virus, including fever, runny nose, dry cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell please cancel your appointment and call your local public health department. Our staff are receiving the same instructions.
